Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IconStyler, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The License We Grant

IconStyler is licensed, not sold. What you can do with it depends on your plan.

• Free: a personal, non-transferable license to the free features.
• Pro: a one-time paid, lifetime license for a single user, including all updates within IconStyler 1.x.

3. What You May Not Do

You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer IconStyler, and you may not share your license key with others.

4. Purchases and Licensing

Pro purchases are sold through Freemius, our merchant of record, who handles payment processing and billing. Your license key is managed in your Freemius account.

5. How IconStyler Works and Your Responsibility

IconStyler changes Windows icon settings through the registry. It does not modify protected system files. The app includes restore points and a restore to default option, and you are responsible for creating a restore point before customizing.

6. Intellectual Property

The IconStyler app, its brand, and its bundled icons are the property of Sapphireblue Designs and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

IconStyler is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sapphireblue Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of IconStyler.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of IconStyler after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sapphireblue Designs operates.
